- V-Cut設(shè)計(jì)及使用上有哪些限制?

V-Cut雖然可以方便我們輕易的將板子分開并去掉板邊,但V-Cut也是有設(shè)計(jì)及使用上的一些限制。
Although V-Cut can facilitate us to easily separate the boards and remove the edges, V-Cut also has some limitations in design and use.
,V-Cut只能切直線,而且一刀到底,也就是說V-Cut只能切割成一條線直直的從頭切到尾,它無法轉(zhuǎn)彎改變方向,也不能像裁縫線一樣切一小段后跳掉一小段。這是因?yàn)閂-Cut的凹槽是使用上下兩片圓盤的電鋸所切出來的,有看過木工師傅裁切木頭吧,意思大概就是那樣,因?yàn)镻CB的裁切都要很精淮(毫米計(jì)算),所以無法做到只切一半就退刀的作業(yè),其實(shí)也不是做不到,而是沒有必要大費(fèi)周章這么做,我們只要放棄V-Cut分板的制程,改用Routing去板機(jī)來裁切板子就可以達(dá)成了。所以一般如果是比較複雜的切斷路徑,就會改用Routing機(jī)來分板。

If we do so, we just need to give up the process of V-Cut sub board and switch to the Routing board to cut the board. So in general, if it is a complex cut off path, it will be replaced by Routing.
其次,PCB在行經(jīng)回焊爐的高溫時(shí),板子本身就會因?yàn)楦邷爻^玻璃轉(zhuǎn)移溫度(Tg)而軟化變形,如果V-Cut位置及凹槽深度設(shè)計(jì)得不好,會使得PCB變形更會嚴(yán)重,不利二次回焊制程。
Secondly, the PCB will soften the deformation because of the high temperature exceeding the glass transfer temperature (Tg). If the V-Cut position and the depth of the groove are not well designed, the PCB deformation will be more serious and the two return welding process is disadvantageous to.
另外,PCB厚度太薄也不適合做V-Cut凹槽,一般如果厚度在1.0mm以下的板子,深圳宏力捷就不建議做V-Cut了,這是因?yàn)閂-Cut凹槽會破壞原本PCB的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度,當(dāng)有設(shè)計(jì)V-Cut的板子上面放置有比較重的零件時(shí),會因?yàn)橹亓Φ年P(guān)系而使得板子變得容易彎曲,這非常不利SMT的焊接作業(yè)(容易造成空焊或短路)。

This is because the V-Cut groove will destroy the original structural strength of the original PCB. The child becomes easy to bend, which is very unfavorable to the welding operation of SMT (which is likely to cause air welding or short circuit).
